Global Leaders: Growing and Innovating in a Flat World

Program Description

The Global Leaders Program (GLP) brings together two leading business schools from India and the USA in a partnership to offer a world-class program for executives who are leading global organizations or evolving global organizations. This senior executive education program will bring together leading faculty from the Indian Institute of Management–Ahmedabad (IIMA) and Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business (Duke) as well as global executives from diverse organizations to offer a powerful developmental experience. The program will not only be taught by these two faculties, but will also be taught on two campuses on different sides of the world to create a deep understanding of how to grow, innovate, and lead in a multi-national, multi-cultural environment in an increasingly “flat” world.

  • Recognize and respond to differences and opportunities across global markets
  • Formulate and implement competitive and collaborative strategies for growth in the global environment
  • Explore new models of organization and leadership in an interconnected world
  • Develop strategies to fulfill investor expectations in different financial markets
  • Enhance the ability of participants to lead effectively in multi-cultural organizations
